The preparation is the job

Filling, sanding, caulking and priming take longer than rolling does. They are also the only reason a finish still looks right years later, so they are never the part we quietly skip to hit a price.
One number, explained

Your estimate says what is included — paint, materials, preparation, how many coats. If something changes once we open up a wall, you hear about it before we do it, not on the invoice.
We leave it clean

Furniture covered, floors protected, and the space put back at the end of each day. You should be able to live in the rest of the house while we work.
Speak plainly

We work in English, Punjabi, Hindi — so nobody has to explain what they want twice, in their second language, about their own home.
