Privacy policy

This policy explains what S Plus Painting Inc. does with the information you send through spluspainting.com. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What we collect
When you submit the estimate form we receive the details you type: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, your area, and what you have told us about the work. Nothing else is collected from that form.
If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we hold whatever you choose to send us in that conversation — including any photographs of your property.
This site sets no advertising cookies, runs no analytics scripts and builds no visitor profile. There is no tracking to opt out of because there is none to begin with.
Why we have it
To reply to you, prepare an estimate, and — if you go ahead — carry out and invoice the work. That is the whole purpose.
Under PIPEDA we rely on your consent, which you give by sending us the message. You can withdraw it at any time by asking us to delete what we hold.
Who else sees it
Your submission is delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery provider, and our website is hosted by Cloudflare. Both process the data only to pass it to us.
We do not sell your information, share it with marketing companies, or pass it to anyone who is not working on your job.
How long we keep it
Estimate enquiries that do not become work are kept while they may still be useful and then deleted. Records connected to completed work are kept as long as tax and business records require.
If our email provider is unreachable when you submit the form, your message may be stored temporarily in encrypted storage at Cloudflare so it is not lost, and delivered as soon as service returns. It is deleted once delivered, and in any case within 90 days.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email spluspainting@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Photographs of your property
Photographs you send us are used to prepare your estimate. We will not publish a photograph of your home or business on this website, on social media, or anywhere else without asking you first and getting a clear yes.
