What this website is

spluspainting.com describes the services S Plus Painting Inc. offers and gives you ways to get in touch. The descriptions are written in good faith but are general: what a particular job involves depends on the property.

Estimates are estimates

A price we send you in reply to a form submission, photographs or a phone call is an estimate based on the information available at the time. It is not a binding quotation and it is not a booking.

Where an estimate is prepared from photographs rather than a visit, it assumes the surfaces are in the condition they appear to be in. If something material turns out to be different — hidden damage, failed previous coatings, unexpected repairs — we will tell you and agree a revised price with you before doing that additional work.

Nothing on this website is an offer capable of acceptance. Work begins only once we have both agreed scope, price and dates.

Using the site

You may read, print and share these pages. You may not copy the text, photographs or design of this site for use in your own or anyone else’s business.

Do not use the estimate form to send automated, bulk or abusive submissions. We rate-limit submissions and may block sources of misuse.

Availability

We aim to keep this site available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. If the estimate form fails, the phone number and WhatsApp link on every page still reach us.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published on this site. This does not limit any liability that cannot legally be limited, and it does not affect your rights under Ontario consumer protection law in relation to work we actually carry out for you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
