Commercial
We take on smaller commercial work — offices, retail units and small common areas. Large ongoing contracts and property-management portfolios are not what we’re set up for, and we’d rather tell you that than take one on and do it badly.
Interior painting
Walls, ceilings and trim, cut in clean.
Rooms, hallways, condos and whole-home repaints — prepped properly, cut in by hand, and left cleaner than we found them.
- Furniture moved and covered, floors protected edge to edge
- Holes, dents and hairline cracks filled and sanded before a drop of paint
- Edges cut in by hand — no tape lines, no roller marks on the trim
- Premium paints, and enough coats to actually cover — not just enough to look wet

Exterior painting
Curb appeal that survives an Ontario winter.
Siding, stucco, brick, doors and railings finished in weather-resistant coatings built for freeze, thaw and full sun.

Spray finishing
Cabinets and furniture, without the brush marks.
Kitchen cabinets, built-ins and furniture sprayed to a factory-smooth finish — the single biggest change you can make to a kitchen without replacing it.
- Doors and drawer fronts removed, labelled and sprayed off the frame
- Degreased, sanded and primed — the step that decides whether a cabinet finish lasts
- Sprayed in controlled passes for an even, hardware-grade surface
- Kitchen sealed off from the rest of the house while work is underway
- Everything rehung and aligned before we leave
Doors & trim
The details people actually touch.
Front doors, interior doors, baseboards, casings and railings — the surfaces that show every shortcut, finished so they do not.
- Sanded and de-glossed so the new coat has something to hold
- Filled and caulked where trim has opened up from the wall
- Finished in a hard-wearing enamel that takes hands, shoes and vacuum knocks
- Hardware removed rather than painted around
Drywall repair
Make the wall flat before you make it pretty.
Cracks, nail pops, dents, door-handle holes and water-stained patches — repaired and blended so the repair disappears under the paint.
- Cracks cut out and taped rather than skimmed over — a filled crack comes back
- Patches feathered wide so the repair does not telegraph under a roller
- Sanded flat and primed before topcoat
- Texture matched where the ceiling or wall has one
