Toronto is two painting jobs wearing one name. The older neighbourhoods are full of narrow semis and rowhouses where the walls are plaster, the trim is original and the stairwell is the hardest part of the house. Downtown and midtown are condo work, where the building sets the schedule and you book the service elevator before you book anything else.
Victorian and Edwardian semis and rowhouses through the old city, with plaster walls, deep trim profiles and staircases that need proper access rather than a stepladder. North York and Scarborough add post-war detached homes and back-splits. The condo stock downtown and along the subway lines is mostly drywall in good condition, where the work is a clean recoat rather than a repair job.

Yes — Leslieville, Riverdale, The Junction, High Park, The Beaches, The Annex, Danforth, North York, Scarborough and everywhere between them. If you are just outside Toronto, ask anyway; the edges of our service area are softer than a map suggests.
Can I get a price without a visit in Toronto?
Yes. Send photos of the space on WhatsApp or through the estimate form with rough dimensions and what you want done, and you get an estimate back without anyone coming to the house. Larger or more complicated jobs we may still want to see in person before confirming a final price.
What does painting usually cost in Toronto?
It depends on the size of the space, the condition of the surfaces and how much preparation is needed — filling, sanding and priming take longer than the painting does. That is exactly why we quote from photographs rather than publishing a per-room figure that would be wrong for most homes.
When are you reachable?
