A two-storey foyer is not a taller room, it is a different piece of work: proper access, longer cut-in, and a wet edge you have to keep moving across a wall you cannot reach from the floor. The trim runs to crown, wainscot and wide casings, and trim is where the hours actually go.
Maple, Vellore and Patterson are larger detached homes, often with two-storey entries, extensive crown moulding and deep baseboards. Woodbridge and Thornhill are older and more varied, with a wider spread of finishes and more surfaces already carrying several coats. Kleinburg leans to larger properties again, with more exterior wood and trim exposed to weather.
